Terms of Warranty and Return Policy

ReGen Electronics provides a limited warranty for all refurbished products for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing and operational defects only. Please read the following terms carefully.

Warranty Coverage

  1. Scope of Warranty:
    This warranty protects against defects in materials, workmanship and operational function under normal use. It is effective for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

  2. Third-Party Refurbishment:
    All products sold by ReGen Electronics are refurbished by a third-party provider. ReGen Electronics does not provide formal manufacturer certification for these products.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. Open Item Returns:
    Returns are accepted for open items only if they meet the following criteria:

    • The product exhibits manufacturing or operational defects.

    • The product has suffered shipping damage.

  2. Shipping Damage Policy:
    To initiate a return for shipping damage, customers must:

    • Submit a video demonstrating the damage to customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  3. Even Exchange or Money Back Policy:
    If an open item is determined to be defective or damaged during shipping, it will qualify for an even exchange or money back within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days even exchange or site credit will be issued up to a year from purchase. Return shipping will be paid by buyer.

Refund Policy

  1. Unopened Item Refunds:
    Refunds will only be issued for unopened items returned within seven (7) days of delivery.

  2. Refund Process:
    Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of product receipt by ReGen Electronics.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic.

  • Any products without proper proof of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

ReGen Electronics' liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement of defective products. Under no circumstances shall ReGen Electronics be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
